Really good Service and Great Location!

helpful staff smooth process awesome breakfast

The front desk super nice team, especially Umar during the night shift and Reena during the day. I experienced smooth check-in and check-out processes. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices. Even the kids loved it.

The hotel charged a deposit for the room! I wish they'd return it automatically on the date of departure. Communication about this process could be clearer.

Service

10/10

The service I received was highly really good. Staff members were consistently friendly, and the kitchen staff baked amazing small desserts. They even granted my request for an early breakfast on my arrival day.

Location

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, a short taxi ride costing only 20 AED! A metro stop is only five minutes away, and the bus stop is also just a few minutes away. This made getting around very easy.

Facilities

The pool is larger than average, and it receives plenty of sunlight. The gym features a sauna and it's free, I was super happy! The rooms provide water bottles and also have a work desk. This was really convenient.

an acceptable stay

food selection metro station poor condition unsafe wiring

the breakfast had a massive selection of food offered from 6 to 10.30am. it allowed guests to sleep in if necessary. the al gharoud station is also a 400m walk from the hotel. terminals 1 and 3 are on this metro line.

i honestly am shocked at the poor condition of this hotel. the bedside electronics had exposed, damaged, and unsafe wiring. basic standards of comfort and safety were not there.
